Warranty Policy

This product comes with a 12-month official warranty. If a customer encounters any issues with their purchased product, they can raise a complaint and take advantage of the 12-month hassle-free warranty.

How to Raise a Complaint:

1. Contact Us: Customers can raise a complaint through WhatsApp or by calling our registered number.
2. Provide Evidence: Our team will request a video showing the issue with the product.
3. Product Submission: After reviewing the video, our team will provide the official address to which the product should be sent for repair or replacement.

Warranty Conditions:

• The warranty is valid only if the product has no physical damage or cut wires.
• The product must be returned in its original box along with the invoice.
• Customers are responsible for paying courier charges for both sending the product to us and receiving it back.

Repair or Replacement Process:

1. Once the product is repaired or replaced, an AutoPowerz representative will contact the customer via call or message to confirm their address and arrange for payment of shipping charges.
