Manufacturing Process:

Spring Characteristics:

• Linearly wound fork springs set, consisting of 2 pieces, with ABE (General Operating Permit).
• Progressively tighter fork springs are designed to significantly improve ride quality.
• Special features include improved driving behavior, better contact with the road, and chassis enhancement.
• The fork springs are harder than the original springs, reducing brake dive and eliminating sponginess.
• Air support falls away, preventing blowing through the Simmering (sealing), resulting in better response.

Performance and Longevity:

• The springs undergo pre-setting and stress relief processes to enhance their performance and extend their lifespan.
• The use of high-performance spring wire contributes to a higher level of performance over stock equipment.

Material:

• The fork springs are made from silicon spring steel.
• The use of silicon spring steel allows for reduced wire thickness, positively affecting spring properties while avoiding torsion.
